SOUTH DAYTONA, Fla. – A mother of four, who was walking into traffic after a fight with her boyfriend, was hit and killed by a car late Monday night, according to the South Daytona Police Department.

According to police, Nagle and her boyfriend began to argue after they left a bar to walk home. Nagle made suicidal threats and sat briefly in the middle of the roadway, while her boyfriend kept walking. Police believe that Nagle stood up to follow him but was hit by a car before she got out of the road.
The driver called 911 after the accident and has not been charged. The investigation is ongoing.
