LAKE MARY, Fla. – A 22-year-old army soldier was arrested Sunday in connection to a sexual battery case that happened Oct. 23 at the Homewood Suites in Lake Mary.
The man committed sexual battery on another man without his consent, according to police. He was charged with sexual assault and given $10,000 bond.
