A video showing an SUV rollover crash that narrowly missed a deputy's cruiser has gone viral.

K-9 Deputy Matt Hooper and his K-9 Rambo were on patrol Saturday morning on Highway 441 when an SUV lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle flipped and crossed over the median onto the other side of the highway, nearly hitting the deputy and his K-9.

It was determined that the driver lost control and overcorrected, which caused the crash. The driver was cited for careless driving.

Fortunately, the driver was wearing their seat belt and were transported to the hospital with minor injuries. Hooper and Rambo, along with the other drivers on the road were all safe as well.
