ORLANDO, Fla. – Orange County deputies have released the name of the victim who was fatally shot by his brother during a family dispute.
The shooting was reported at 3:01 p.m. at 5901 Altec Drive on Friday when one brother fired at the other brother during a dispute.
Deputies identified the victim on Monday as Kenya W. Sims, 25.
The suspect was in custody, deputies said on Saturday, but a name was not released.
The investigation is ongoing.
