School lockdown lifted after 3 shot in Orlando

ORLANDO, Fla. – Three people were found shot Monday in Orlando, prompting the lockdown of a school, authorities said.

The shooting happened at the Andover Place Apartments on Ole Heritage Drive. A lockdown at nearby Palmetto Elementary School was lifted after an investigation, officials said.

According to Orange County sheriff's deputies, the victims, described only as males, appeared to have been shot while they were in a vehicle. Two of the victims were taken to a hospital for treatment, and one of them has life-threatening injuries, deputies said.

Officials said there's no information about the shooter.

An investigation is ongoing.
