DeLAND, Fla. – A man accused of killing his wife and her two children in Volusia County is due in court Thursday for a pre-trial hearing.
Luis Toledo is accused of murdering Yessenia Suarez in 2013, along with her son and daughter. Their bodies have not been found.
During Thursday's hearing, attorneys on both sides are expected to ask a judge to rule on several pieces of evidence and whether they should be shown to jurors.
Toledo's trial is scheduled to begin Jan. 19. A judge ruled last month to move Toledo's trial from Volusia County to St. Augustine.
