Deputies said they found an advertisement posted online by the women while working undercover and made arrangements to meet with the suspects at a home on Beau Rivage Court in Poinciana.

While deputies were searching the house, they found crack cocaine, as well as three children, ages 5 and 10 years old, in a back bedroom.

Leslie Mowatt was also charged with possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Both Leslie and Tracy Mowatt were booked into the Osecola County Jail. The Department of Children and Families was also notified, and the children were placed into the custody of relatives.
