Man holds up two 7-Eleven stores in Kissimmee

Suspect got undisclosed amount of cash from second robbery only

KISSIMMEE, Fla. – Kissimmee police are looking for an armed suspect in connection to two robberies in Kissimmee early Sunday morning.

The Kissimmee Police Department said the suspect entered the 7-Eleven at 2460 N. John Young Parkway Sunday morning and asked the clerk for a pack of cigarettes. When the clerk turned around, the suspect went behind the counter and pointed a gun at the clerk, police said.

Officers said the clerk ran into the office and the suspect fled the store empty-handed.

A short time later Sunday morning, the same suspect entered the 7- Eleven store at 101 S. John Young Parkway pointed a gun at the clerk and demanded money, police said.

The clerk complied and the suspect fled with an undisclosed amount of money, police said.

Neither clerk was hurt during the robberies. 

Police say the suspect was described as a Hispanic man, 5 feet 8 inches tall wearing a red hoodie, khaki pants and had tattoos on his face.
