Brothers from Toronto among those injured

Anthony Milo said he was making pizza when he heard a rumble outside and saw a lot of people crying and screaming.

Nick Stiliadis said he received a telephone call that his two sons had been struck by a car and were taken to a hospital.

Christian Stiliadis and Sebastian Stiliadis had just arrived in South Florida from Toronto and were spending Saturday night in Fort Lauderdale. The brothers were released from the hospital Sunday.

"The car was driving pretty fast," witness Johnnie Goode told Local 10 News. "The driver seemed very angry."

Witnesses said they saw police take the driver away in handcuffs.

The car came to a rest against a tree.

"Thank God for that tree, or we might be looking at funerals," Milo said.
