CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Something was fishy in a Tennessee Wal-Mart and it had nothing to do with the discounted halibut filets.
The Leaf-Chronicle reports that David Wylie, 56, was arrested Wednesday after he was caught urinating in the Clarksville retail store.

But it gets worse.
Wylie was also attempting to stuff a package of trout into his pants while he was urinating, a legendary multitasking effort in itself.
But it gets worse.
Upon being apprehended by police, Wylie told an officer that he wasn't concerned about his arrest because his crimes were only misdemeanors.
Wylie, who appeared to be drunk to the arresting officer, was charged with shoplifting, vandalism, indecent exposure and public intoxication.
