All-clear given at Orlando resort after bomb scare

ORLANDO, Fla. – A resort in the tourist district of Orlando was evacuated Friday because of a bomb threat, Orange County fire officials said.

The Lake Eve at The Fountain on International Drive was evacuated after a note saying that there was a bomb in the building was found on a hotel room door, authorities said.

An investigation found nothing suspicious, and guests were later allowed to return to the resort.

No other details have been released.
