Man charged with 3rd-degree felony murder

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – The suspect accused of killing two people outside of the Florida Mall went before an Orange County judge on Tuesday.

Novell Johnson, 20, has been charged with the shooting deaths of Samuel Destin and Andrew Garland on Feb. 5 outside of the mall.

Johnson was arrested on Monday on a warrant for third-degree felony murder with a firearm and is being held on $25,000 bond.
