Police say Terre Johnson got into a fight with an Orlando Police Department officer in August and the confrontation was captured on video.

The video shows Wilson straddling and hitting Johnson in the middle of a Parramore street.

A verbal reprimand means there will be no written file about the incident.

Johnson fought back and was eventually charged with resisting an officer with violence. He was found not guilty of battery by a judge in January.
