Sanders campaigns in Central Florida

Both Democratic presidential candidates hold rallies

Both Democratic presidential candidates are campaigning in the Sunshine State on Thursday as the Florida Primary Election looms.

Hillary Clinton spoke in Tampa, where she discussed her commitment to break down the barriers that hold too many families back, according to a news release.

Bernie Sanders will visit Kissimmee for a rally at Osceola Heritage Park on Thursday afternoon. Sanders is scheduled to speak at 3 p.m., and News 6 reporter Mike Holfeld will have a one-on-one interview with Sanders.

The event is free and open to the public, but RSVPs are strongly encouraged, officials said. Admission is first come, first served and the doors opened at noon.

Both candidates' rallies will be livestreamed on ClickOrlando.com as they become available.
