David Lucio charged with 12 counts of transmitting , possessing child porn

PALM BAY, Fla. – A man was arrested Tuesday morning at his home for transmitting and possessing child pornography, according to the Palm Bay Police Department.

Palm Bay police received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in November after an email and an IP address used to upload and view child pornography were traced to Palm Bay, police said.

Search warrants and subpoenas led police to the home of David Lucio, who had multiple files containing child pornography videos and still images, police said.

Investigators have found no evidence of local victims associated with the case, the release said.

Lucio was arrested on 10 counts of possession of child pornography and two counts of transmission of child pornography.

He is being held at the Brevard County Jail on a $420,000 bond.
