Superheroes unite to bring smiles, donations to Arnold Palmer Hospital

Direct Energy company's superheros visit Orlando hospital, present $10K check

ORLANDO, Fla. – Approximately 100 employees from Direct Energy, dressed in capes next to superheroes, gathered in front of Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children in Orlando on Tuesday. 

The team delivered superhero-themed cupcakes to the staff and donated their capes and survival kits, packed with essentials, to the staff, according to the news release.

Due to hospital restrictions, the team donated stickers, bags with crayons, small toys and games for the children. 

Direct Energy also presented a $10,000 check to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, according to the news release. Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children is the local hospital affiliated with CMNH, which are Direct Energy's partners.
