Man accused of taking upskirt videos at Publix out of jail

Scott Irwin arrested for second time in incident

ORLANDO, Fla. – The man arrested for a second time on charges of taking upskirt video of young girls at a Publix is out of jail after posting bond early Wednesday.

Only News 6 was there to confront Scott Irwin as he walked out of the Orange County jail however he didn't answer any of our questions.

This was Irwin's second arrest on charges of targeting girls inside the Publix on Meeting Place in Baldwin Park.

Irwin had been out on bond after Orlando Police say he used his cell phone to take a video up the skirt of a 13-year-old girl in late February.

Investigators tell News 6 they reviewed additional surveillance video from the supermarket and determined Irwin did the same thing to a 10-year-old girl earlier in the month.

Police say Irwin got the videos by placing his cell phone inside a basket, then recording under the skirts or shorts of the victims.
