I-95 in West Melbourne reopens after crash

Overturned pickup truck cleared

MELBOURNE, Fla. – All lanes have reopened on Interstate 95 in West Melbourne after a crash earlier Wednesday.

The traffic accident that led to the shutdown was reported about 8 a.m., affecting two southbound lanes of the interstate, just south of State Road 192. Florida Highway Patrol troopers responded to the site.

Traffic in the northbound lanes moved slowly as crews arrived, officials reported.

The accident involved a pickup truck that overturned onto its roof along the West Melbourne portion of Interstate 95. Injuries were reported.
