People struck when vehicle jumps curb at West Melbourne restaurant

Unknown damage after vehicle hits Cheddar's Restaurant

WEST MELBOURNE, Fla. – Four people were struck when a vehicle jumped a curb at a Cheddar's Restaurant, Brevard County Fire Rescue said.

It happened Saturday at the Cheddar's Restaurant in the 2100 block of West New Haven Avenue in West Melbourne.

Officials said three of the four people struck refused treatment. One person was taken as a trauma alert patient to Holmes Regional Medical Center.

The vehicle hit the building. The amount of damage was unknown.
