Reward offered for dog stolen during Orange County carjacking

$1,000 reward offered for the return of Frankie Rey

ORLANDO, Fla. – A $1,000 reward is being offered for the safe return of a dog stolen during a June 29 carjacking.

Eileen Page is hoping to get results and find her missing dog named Frankie Rey.

The white poodle has been missing since, according to authorities, a 14-year-old stole her car her last Wednesday morning.

A second dog that was also snatched during the carjacking was found Sunday by a good Samaritan near the Apopka Airport. The Chihuahua had reportedly been hit by a vehicle but did not suffer broken bones or any significant injuries.

Authorities said they believe Frankie Rey is in the same area where the other dog was found.

Officials advise people to be cautious if approaching the dog.
