Man accused of recording women in Walmart dressing room

Port Orange police arrest Terrence Sicilia

PORT ORANGE, Fla. – A 29-year-old man was arrested Monday, accused of recording video of women inside a dressing room at a Walmart in Port Orange.

Terrence Sicilia, of Holly Hill, was arrested on charges of video voyeurism.

The incident was reported Saturday at the Walmart at 1590 Dunlawton Ave.

Several shoppers reported seeing a man take pictures and/or recording videos of unsuspecting women in the dressing room, Port Orange police said.

The man fled before officers arrived, but he was arrested Monday afternoon.

No other details, including how many women were recorded, have been released.

"We take the privacy of our customers seriously, and we are committed to providing them with the best shopping experience possible. It’s disturbing that anyone would try to secretly video customers in our store, and we will not tolerate this behavior," Walmart said in a statement to News 6. "We thank Port Orange Police for their outstanding work that resulted in a quick arrest of the individual they believe is responsible. We will continue to assist them in their ongoing investigation."
