LEESBURG, Fla. – A 2-year-old was hospitalized after nearly drowning in Leesburg on Wednesday morning, the Leesburg Police Department said.
The incident happened around 10 a.m. at the Laurel Oak Apartments.
The child was taken to the hospital and was breathing when emergency crews arrived, police said.
