ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – Orange County deputies arrested a man who they say exposed himself to a woman who was out walking her dog.
Reuben Otero has been charged with stalking, exposure of sexual organs and unnatural and lascivious act in the Tuesday incident.
Deputies said Otero drove next to the woman and repeatedly touched himself.
The woman was able to get Otero's license plate number and contacted authorities.
Otero was arrested and booked into Orange County Jail.
