ORLANDO, Fla. – An Orange County Sheriff's Office reserve deputy snapped a picture of Capt. McMullen and his K-9 Deputy stopping to help a stranded motorist.
McMullen and K-9, Blazina, found the stranded motorist with a flat tire on Oak Ridge Road.
