ORLANDO, Fla. – If you're heading for Orlando, know that Fido is invited!

Orlando was named the most pet-friendly city in America, according to WalletHub

WalletHub determined its list based on cheapest pet-care providing rates, as well the number of pet-friendly businesses and restaurants.

Orlando also had the most veterinarians and pet shelters per capita of any other city. The city ranked No. 4 in pet-friendly restaurants. 

The sampling was taken from the 100 largest cities in the U.S. across 19 key metrics.

Orlando came in at No. 1, while Tampa ranked at No. 3.
