PALM COAST, Fla. – Two adults and a juvenile have been arrested in connection with 11 related car burglaries that occurred Sunday morning in Palm Coast.

The Flagler County Sheriff's Office said they were called to the area of Bayside Drive around 5:32 a.m. after a man said he had just seen a man trying to break into his car. The caller confronted the would-be thief, who ran away on foot.

After an investigation, deputies arrested Brian Cordell George, 18, Marcus Dijon McCormick, 20, and Lawrence Evans, 17.

George is charged with burglary, loitering and prowling and resisting arrest without violence.

McCormick is charged with loitering and prowling, resisting arrest without violence and violation of probation.
Evans was arrested on 20 counts of burglary and one count of grand theft.

“This is just another excellent example of the community and the FCSO working together to combat crime in Palm Coast,” Flagler County Sheriff James L. Manfre said. “Although I am very happy we were able to arrest those responsible, I still cannot stress enough the importance of locking your vehicles."
