Deputies search for motorcycle flasher in Palm Coast

Incidents involve women as targets

PALM COAST, Fla. – A flasher riding a motorcycle is on the loose in Flagler County, deputies say. 

Officials say the incidents happened between July 27 and Aug. 26 on Rae Drive, Westchester Lane, Pinelynn Lane, and Pinto Lane in Palm Coast. 

Deputies say all of the cases involved women as the targets. Three victims say they were walking their dogs when a man pulled up on his motorcycle and exposed himself. In a fourth case, a woman says a man exposed himself in her driveway. 

Victims describe the suspect as a young man on a black motorcycle. 

Anyone with information about the man is asked to call the Flagler County Sheriff's Office at 386-313-4911.
