ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – Residents in the Fairview Shores neighborhood of Orlando are upset about a recent rash of burglaries there.

"We're all coming together to stand against it," said Allegra Veal.

Veal said she and other victims have been talking and believe they know who is responsible, so they decided to post fliers of the suspect around the area. The fliers show both the suspect's face and name.

"A lot of people are eyewitnesses and have seen him around the neighborhood. Apparently, he lives one street over from where we are now," she said.

News 6 looked up that man's name on the court docket, and learned he was arrested on Thursday for burglary, grand theft and dealing in stolen property.

Deputies report that the man stole a PlayStation from someone's home in that same neighborhood and tried to sell it to a pawn shop, but was eventually caught.

Deputies could not say whether the suspect in that case is involved in any other burglaries reported in Fairview Shores.
