Orlando visitors wary of Hurricane Matthew

Reservation cancellations, early departures reported

ORLANDO, Fla. – Hurricane Matthew is forcing a change of plans for tourists and the convention circuit with some canceling rooms and leaving a day ahead of schedule.

A lighting production team in from San Francisco told News 6 it was a whole new experience for them.

Jake Lampac, one of three members of a West Coast  crew working at the Orange County Convention Center said they will stick it out.

Hurricane Matthew has prompted hurricane warnings across Central Florida and some mandatory evacuations in coastal counties.
