Man arrested for various sexual battery charges against two minors, police say

Victims told police man sent them inappropriate photos, videos

OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. – An investigation that began on Oct. 25 has lead to the arrest of one man who is accused of multiple sexual assault charges.

Deputies spoke with two children ages 11 and 13 who told their mother that Norberto Valderrama sexually battered and inappropriately touched them multiple times.

They also told officials that they received inappropriate photos and videos.

Deputies questioned Valderrama who denied having photos of himself. Valderrama later told deputies that he did have photos of himself  but only sent them to girlfriends.

He also denied having sex with the victims and told officials that the victims were making up the story to get him in trouble.

Valderrama was arrested and booked into the Osecola County Jail and charged with 12 counts of transmission harmful material to minors, four counts of capital sexual batter, five counts of sexual battery by custodian, attempted sexual battery, 12 counts of lewd and lascivious, use of a computer to seduce/lure a child.
