Blind poodle found, nursed to health

Poodle and Pooch Rescue has poodle up for adoption

ORLANDO, Fla – A blind and neglected poodle has been nursed back to health.

The poodle was wandering around in Orlando, until a good Samaritan took the poodle to the vet.

The vet called Michele Walker, the medical director at Poodle and Pooch Rescue.

"He’s a wonderful, loving boy," Walker said. "We named him Guppy, and he’s now on his way to being a healthy boy. He’s blind, but that does not stop him! He’s going to be just fine. Eating like a horse and loving all the attention he’s getting from all the kids in the neighborhood who help care for him in his foster home."

The kids in the neighborhood has even made Guppy an indoor dog house.

Guppy is up for adoption. You can search for him on Poodle and Pooch Rescue's website.
