Three toys inducted into Toy Hall of Fame

Toys join 62 toys in the Hall of Fame

ROCHESTER, NY – What do the swing, Dungeons & Dragons and Fisher Price's so-called "Little People" all have in common? They're heading to the Toy Hall of Fame.

The museum, located in Rochester, received over 4,200 nominations for over 780 different toys, according to TIME Magazine.

The committee narrowed it down to 12 finalists which included Clue, coloring books and Uno. But in the end, three remained.

The committee takes into account things like name recognition and how long the toy has been on shelves.

The three toys are joining 62 other toys in the hall, some of the most notable being: Monopoly, alphabet blocks, the ball and Play-Doh.
