PALM BAY, Fla. – A 13-year-old Palm Bay boy returned home safe after he was reported missing early Monday morning, according to police.
Matthew Simmon’s mother told police he came home around noon. Officers confirmed he was safe.

Palm Bay authorities had been searching for Matthew since he was reported missing early Monday morning.
He was last seen around 2:30 a.m. near Columbia Elementary on Waco Boulevard Southeast.
