ORLANDO, Fla. – An Orlando man is facing charges after police say he threatened an officer with a gun, feet away from children.

Luis Anthony Rios, 33, made his first appearance before a judge Thursday.

Police said they were responding to a domestic violence incident between Rios and his girlfriend when he threatened an officer with a loaded .22-caliber rifle.
