MIMS, Fla. – Residents across Mims are being advised to boil their water after a water main break.
Anyone in the affected areas should boil water for one minute before drinking, cooking, making ice, brushing teeth and washing dishes. Bottled water can also be used.

The boil water notice will be in effect until a bacteriological survey shows the water is safe.
The affected areas are 2759, 2761, 2763, 2769 and 2767 Old Dixie Highway; 3102, 3115, 3133, 3326, 3328 and 3330 Wiley Avenue; and all of West Hickory Circle.
