Man, 40, shot in Orange County

Shooting victim leaves hospital, won't cooperate with investigation

ORLANDO, Fla. – A 40-year-old man was shot early Thursday in Orange County, deputies said.

The shooting was reported just before 4 a.m. on Oak Arbor Circle near Clarcona Ocoee Road and Orange Blossom Trail.

Orange County sheriff's deputies said the man was shot during some sort of altercation.

The man was taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center, but he walked out of the hospital and is not cooperating with deputies, officials said.

Deputies searched the area, but no arrests have been made.
