Police: Man carjacks two women near Osceola Regional Medical Center

Officers working with victims to get description of carjacker, police say

KISSIMMEE, Fla. – Kissimmee police are investigating a carjacking in Osceola County early Friday morning, police said.

Police said a woman was carjacked by a man in the area of Oak Commons Boulevard around 5:30 a.m.

The man had the woman drive him to Osceola Regional Medical Center's parking lot and demanded money from her, police said. Officers said the woman did not have money, and the man fled from her car.

Police said the man then carjacked a second woman in the hospital's parking lot and demanded that she drive him out of the area. The man then fled from the woman's car, officers said.

Neither of the women were injured during the incidents, according to police.

Kissimmee police said they have added additional patrols at the hospital during the early hours when employees are arriving for work. Detectives are working with the victims to get a description of the man.
