FERNANDINA BEACH, Fla. – A great white shark was spotted by two fishermen off the coast of Fernandina Beach Sunday, and the encounter was caught on camera.
Billy Skipper shared the video with News 6 sister station News4Jax on Facebook. He and Cooper Meyers spotted the shark at about 1 p.m. just a few miles offshore.
After checking OSEARCH's global shark tracker, no tagged great white sharks have recently pinged in the region.
