KISSIMMEE, Fla. – Deputies arrested an "armed and dangerous" man accused of firing a gun at his ex-girlfriend during an aggravated stalking incident in Kissimmee, according to the Osceola County Sheriff's Office.

Lakeem Henderson, 26, went to his ex-girlfriend's house on Tropical Lake Drive on Sunday and fired a gun toward her as she tried to get inside the residence, a news release said.

Henderson left the area before deputies arrived. He was arrested Wednesday.

A warrant was issued for aggravated stalking and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill.

Before the arrest was made, deputies warned the public that Henderson should be considered armed and dangerous and anyone who encounters him should immediately call 911. He was thought to be driving a black Chrysler 300 bearing Florida license plate 662-2PH.
