FORT MYERS, Fla. – A 14-year-old girl was found and is safe Monday after authorities issued an Amber Alert for her.
Authorities issued the state-wide alert Monday morning for Jessica Matias-Francisco who was last seen in the Fort Myers area.

Matias-Francisco was last seen on Tyrone Avenue in the Lee County city. She was wearing blue jeans and a blue and white horizontal striped shirt.
The 14-year-old was thought to be in the company of Paulo Matero Pedro Tomas, 18.
Anyone with information about either of their whereabouts is asked to call the Lee County Sheriff's Office at 1-239-477-100 or the FDLE Missing Endangered Persons Information Clearinghouse at 1-888-FL-Missing (856-4774).
