The shooting was reported Sunday night at The WingHouse of Ocala on Silver Spring Road, Ocala police said.
Witnesses said two men, Jonathan Sullivan, 26, and Bavle, got into an argument in the parking lot, when Bavle opened fire.
Police said Sullivan sustained gunshot wounds to his chest, side and multiple ones to his back.
Witnesses told police that Sullivan retreated after he was allegedly shot, and Bavle chased after him and continued to shoot.
A corrections officer eating with his family detained Bavle until officers arrived, according to the arrest report.
Officers said they found an empty semi-automatic .40 caliber handgun on the porch of the restaurant and 13 shell casings in the parking lot.
Bavle will next appear in front of a judge on for July 25.
