Help name newest Titusville police K-9s

Both puppies are Belgian Malinois

TITUSVILLE, Fla. – There are two new K-9s in town at the Titusville Police Department.

The pair of Belgian Malinois puppies have put in hours of training to serve the community. They're only missing their names, so the police department is calling on the community to help them name their new furry crime fighters.

The two puppies go way back to being litter mates, where they come from a long line of military and service dogs.

When their training concludes in August, they will both be certified for narcotics detection, criminal apprehension, handler protection, area and building searches, and tracking.

People can submit their name suggestions for the two dogs on the Titusville police Facebook page
