Armed with distinct handgun, man robs woman outside Great Clips

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – Investigators are looking for a man responsible for robbing a woman at gunpoint outside a Great Clips location in Orlando.

The victim was leaving Great Clips, at 10232 Curry Ford Road, just before 3:30 p.m. June 14 when she headed toward her car but first spotted a man hanging out in the parking lot, according to a news release from Crimeline.

The man then walked up to the woman, took out a handgun, pointed it at her and demanded her personal belongings, authorities said.

The gun was described as being black with noticeable red dots on the slide near the hammer, officials said.

Investigators said the armed man was 5 feet 4 inches to 5 feet 6 inches tall, about 100 to 110 pounds, skinny and he had stubble on his upper lip. He wore a black tank top, red shorts and a black hat.

After the robbery, the assailant got into a black four-door vehicle driven by another man.
