Man arrested in connection with Clermont rape, police say

Justin Fedrick, 27, charged with sexual battery, kidnapping


CLERMONT, Fla. – Clermont police arrested a man on  Wednesday who is accused of raping a woman with another man on June 22 while a third man blocked the door to prevent her from leaving, according to a new release.

Justin Fedrick, 27, was arrested and is being held in the Lake County Jail on $81,000 bond.

Fedrick and Keon Gordon, 26, are said to have raped the woman while Rodney Cooper, 32, blocked the door, according to police.

Cooper was arrested in late June in the case.

Police are still looking for Gordon, who they say is on the lam. Anyone who has any information on his whereabouts is urged to call their local police department, the sheriff's office or Crimeline at 800-423-TIPS.

Fedrick is charged with sexual battery, kidnapping, resisting an officer without violence, possession of cocaine and possession of marijuana.
