Harvard lists Scaramucci as dead in directory
School issued apology to former WH comms director
Mail sent to Harvard alumni this week indicated that former White House Communications Director Anthony Scaramucci was dead, reported Reuters.
The directory featured an asterisk next to Scaramucci's name, which denotes the deceased. The news came on the day Scaramucci was fired from his post at the White House.
Harvard acknowledged its mistake and said the directory will be corrected, while also issuing an apology to Scaramucci. The former communications director is a 1989 alumnus of Harvard Law School.
The directory is published every five years and is only available to alumni.
