ORLANDO, Fla. – The case surrounding a day care worker accused of leaving a toddler in a hot van is expected to be back in front of a judge on Tuesday.
An arraignment is scheduled in the case against Deborah St. Charles. However, she has entered a written plea of not guilty, so she may not appear in court.
St. Charles is charged with aggravated manslaughter of a child for the death of 3-year-old Myles Hill.
Investigators said the toddler died last month after St. Charles left him inside a Little Miracles day care van for more than 11 hours.
