KISSIMMEE, Fla. – The opening of a hole Saturday afternoon led to the closing of a road in downtown Kissimmee, city officials said.
Officials said the hole was 10-feet by 10-feet in size, and opened just after 1:30 p.m. near the railroad tracks along Dakin Avenue.

Transit officials said the hole does not appear to pose a threat to their lines and they do not expect it to interrupt services.
A spokesperson for the city said officials were still working to determine what caused the hole to open.
Dakin Avenue is closed in both directions until further notice, officials said.
