MELBOURNE, Fla. – "The customer is always right" is probably going to get a Florida woman out of trouble.
Stephanie Hicks, 31, was arrested over the weekend after throwing a sandwich and hot nacho cheese at a Melbourne 7-Eleven employee.
The Palm Bay Daily reports Hicks was angry after the clerk asked her not to open the nacho cheese dispenser.
After telling the clerk she didn't like his attitude, the employee refused Hicks service at the counter.
Hicks then threw the sandwich and cheese, hitting the female clerk, and saying "the customer is always right" before walking outside.
Despite having nacho cheese on her hands and feet, the clerk suffered no injuries.
Hicks was arrested and charged with battery.
