Orange County man accused of attacking massage parlor employee

Francois Nicolas charged with attempted sexual battery, false imprisonment

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – An Orange County man was jailed after a massage parlor employee said she was attacked.

Francois Nicolas, 25, is charged with attempted sexual battery and false imprisonment, officials said Friday.

The victim told deputies that Nicolas came to the parlor on South Orange Blossom Trail on Wednesday night for a massage.

The victim said that when the massage was finished, Nicolas attempted to take off her clothing and he pulled her into a bathroom. After the assault, she said, Nicolas left through the front door, according to investigators.

Shortly after deputies were notified to be on the lookout for Nicholas, he was spotted with the same white-and-red colored bag that he was seen with in the surveillance video. 

Nicolas has more than a dozen previous charges for theft and trespassing. At last check, he remained in the Orange County Jail on a $7,750 bond.
