SpaceX scrubs launch from California due to winds

VANDENBERG AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. – SpaceX has scrubbed the Wednesday morning launch of a satellite from California.

The Falcon 9 rocket, carrying an Earth observation satellite for Spain, was scheduled to lift off from Vandenberg Air Force Base at 9:17 a.m. ET, but the launch was called off due to upper level winds, officials said.
